Quills are a subspecies of wyngrew. Due to their genetics, these avian wyngrew have some limitations to what upgrades they can get. Additionally, some of them come easier to Quills!
When upgrading your Quill, be sure to refer to this page, as some requirements may be different to standard wyngrew!

Beak Nose
Your Wyngro forms a hard shell on the top part of their nose!
Wyns needed: 200
Drawing Requirements:
Draw your wyngro singing!
Drawing Requirement can be a Sketch, Colored Piece, or Polished Piece.
RULES:

The Beak must be a Secondary Color if applied as an adult.

If applied as a baby, the Beak Nose must be a baby spot color.

Can be applied to Quill wynglings!

Feather Butt
Shake those tail feathers!
Wyns needed: 500
Age Requirements: 4 Months
Drawing Requirements:
Paint the wyngro you want this upgrade for on a small stone, feather or leaf! (headshots are okay)
Drawing Requirement must be a Colored Piece, or Polished Piece.
RULES:

Feathers must be base or secondary colors already on your wyngro.
Body Textures
For the following upgrades: Feather Tufts and Pinata Fur
These two should not overlap! Your Quill may have all 2 of these upgrades on them, but make sure they're sectioned away from each other. For example, they cannot have feathers growing directly on their Pinata Fur.
Feather Tufts
Soft, short feathers as light as air!

Feathered Antennae
Contrary to popular belief, I do not actually have a coatala toy on my head.

Drawing Requirements:
Must paint the wyngro you want this upgrade for on a feather! (Recommended: Acrylic paints)
Drawing Requirement must be a Colored Piece, or Polished Piece.
RULES:

This upgrade can be used with an Upgrade Gem ONLY onto pure Quill subspecies!

Make sure upgrade requirements are taken with a clear photo in natural light. If it's too hard to see or make out, it will not count!

Length of feather stem & size of feathers must be similar to that show in the example image.

Feathers must be a color already on your wyngro. (Until color mixer is applied)

Must be two feather antennas. No more, no less.

Gale Ears

Feathered Wing Webbing
Might need some deodorant.

Additional Requirements:
Draw your quill gliding at least once!
Drawing Requirement can be a Sketch, Colored Piece, or Polished Piece.

Feathers must only cover the area shown in the image above, and may be no larger.
Gradient Wings
Now in multiple colors!
Wyns needed: 600
Additional Requirements:
Draw your quill "bedazzled" up! (Wearing jewelry, frills, fancy boots, sitting on a fancy ori with a saddle, etc.)
Drawing Requirement can be a Colored Piece or Polished Piece.
RULES:

Gradient must be a clear, obvious split between only two colors.

Pure Claws
Quills have permanent pure claws.
Stick Legs
The derpiest of limbs EVER.

Draw your Wyngro dancing!
Drawing Requirement must be a Colored Piece, or Polished Piece.

This is a Quad ONLY upgrade! (If you quad has these legs and then switches into a biped, this upgrade disappears!)

Ori Legs
At last... Guarding your legs has never been more fulfilling.
Wyns needed: 350
Art Requirements:
Draw your Wyngro somewhere high up!
Drawing Requirement must be a Colored Piece, or Polished Piece.
RULES:

These may only be placed on the back legs of bipedals or the front legs of quads!

Fluffy Limbs or Feather tufts are required for the "fur" option.

Can only be combined with Rear Toes.

The legs and claws must be colored with already existing colors on your wyngro (Base, Secondary, Accent)!
